What is a Rubber Flap Check Valve?
The Rubber Flap Check Valve is a versatile and cost-effective solution. Its stroke is smaller than that of a traditional rotary check valve, which reduces impact and provides a strong and fast seal. The spring-assisted rubber insert check valve has all the functions of a standard valve and a built-in spring, which can assist in closing the disc in a system where rapid reverse flow may occur to improve the slam resistance. The valve has a 100% flow area, low head loss and resistance to blockage. The floppy disk has an integrated O-ring seat for drip-proof sealing under low pressure and high pressure. The combination of the valve's 45-degree seat angle, short stroke and the inherent memory of its flexible disc can provide quick closing and impact resistance.
