Check Valve

Huahui supplies the quality check valves in China, including flanged ball check valvecast iron check valves, cast steel check valves, forged steel check valves, stainless steel check valves, etc. Our valve factory in China uses two materials to manufacture valves: cast steel and forged steel. These are suitable for high pressure and low pressure applications. We are one of the leading manufacturers of industrial steel valves in China. Our valves are widely used in power generation, chemical and petrochemical, oil and gas, pulp and paper, mining and shipbuilding industries. We focus on one business; design, manufacture and sell advanced technology steel valves of various types and sizes.

Regarding the Chinese check valve can provide certain advantages that others do not. Regarding its operational capabilities, its operation does not require any help from external factors. Simply put, you don't need to turn anything or force it to open. It completes all operations by itself according to the pipeline fluid. This is what causes it to open and close.

His working principle is that he has an internal disk inside, which is designed to allow the flow to go forward instead of backward.

The best part of this valve is that it is cheap to manufacture. You just need to make sure that you rely on experienced check valve manufacturers such as Huahui Valves. We are very happy to provide you with the best valve products for your system. Among the options you can choose, we can mention valves made of cast iron, cast steel, forged steel or stainless steel.

As a check valve manufacturer, we can manufacture the kind of valve you need without having to buy standard products. The most important benefit of working with our team of experienced valve experts is that no matter how many valves you ultimately order, all our products meet the highest quality standards. Please contact our team for more detailed information about our various valves!

What is check valve?

A check valve, clack valve, non-return valve, reflux valve, retention valve or one-way valve is a valve that normally allows fluid (liquid or gas) to flow through it in only one direction.

Check valves are two-port valves, meaning they have two openings in the body, one for fluid to enter and the other for fluid to leave. There are various types of check valves used in a wide variety of applications. Check valves are often part of common household items. Although they are available in a wide range of sizes and costs, check valves generally are very small, simple, or inexpensive. Check valves work automatically and most are not controlled by a person or any external control; accordingly, most do not have any valve handle or stem. The bodies (external shells) of most check valves are made of plastic or metal.

Types of Check Valve

ball check valve

ball check valve is a check valve in which the closing member, the movable part to block the flow, is a ball. In some ball check valves, the ball is spring-loaded to help keep it shut. For those designs without a spring, reverse flow is required to move the ball toward the seat and create a seal. The interior surface of the main seats of ball check valves are more or less conically-tapered to guide the ball into the seat and form a positive seal when stopping reverse flow.

Wafer check valves

Wafer check valves have a solid thermoplastic body with a very thin "wafer" profile that makes them an ideal check valve for applications that require valves with short takeout lengths. Wafer check valves are used in applications where it is essential to ensure fluid flow passes in only one direction.

diaphragm check valve

A diaphragm check valve uses a flexing rubber diaphragm positioned to create a normally-closed valve. Pressure on the upstream side must be greater than the pressure on the downstream side by a certain amount, known as the pressure differential, for the check valve to open allowing flow. Once positive pressure stops, the diaphragm automatically flexes back to its original closed position.

swing check valve

A swing check valve or tilting disc check valve is a check valve in which the disc, the movable part to block the flow, swings on a hinge or trunnion, either onto the seat to block reverse flow or off the seat to allow forward flow.

stop-check valve

stop-check valve is a check valve with override control to stop flow regardless of flow direction or pressure. In addition to closing in response to backflow or insufficient forward pressure (normal check-valve behavior), it can also be deliberately shut by an external mechanism, thereby preventing any flow regardless of forward pressure.

lift-check valve is a check valve in which the disc, sometimes called a lift, can be lifted up off its seat by higher pressure of inlet or upstream fluid to allow flow to the outlet or downstream side. A guide keeps motion of the disc on a vertical line, so the valve can later reseat properly. When the pressure is no longer higher, gravity or higher downstream pressure will cause the disc to lower onto its seat, shutting the valve to stop reverse flow.

in-line check valve

in-line check valve is a check valve similar to the lift check valve. However, this valve generally has a spring that will 'lift' when there is pressure on the upstream side of the valve. The pressure needed on the upstream side of the valve to overcome the spring tension is called the 'cracking pressure'. When the pressure going through the valve goes below the cracking pressure, the spring will close the valve to prevent back-flow in the process
